The day starts with a ferry from Buenos Aires to Colonia del Sacramento. On arrival, we'll head to the estate to walk its vineyards, learn about where the wine is made and enjoy a tasting in the cellar, surrounded by unique aromas, flavors and scenery.

The experience continues with a 3-course tasting lunch, designed to complement the visit with regional cuisine. Then there's free time in Colonia to explore its historic streets and colonial charm before returning to Buenos Aires.

Itinerary

  1. Hotel pickup: We start by picking you up at your hotel or accommodation in Buenos Aires and heading to the port, where we'll take the ferry to Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay.
  2. Ferry Buenos Aires – Colonia: We'll board to cross the Río de la Plata and enjoy a full-day international getaway, ideal for combining wine, food and unique scenery.
  3. Arrival in Colonia del Sacramento: At the Colonia port, the local team will be waiting to take you to Finca del Sacramento, an experience similar to Mendoza but just a short trip from Buenos Aires.
  4. Vineyard tour: We'll visit the estate and walk its vineyards, getting to know the natural setting of local wine production and enjoying a relaxed experience among landscapes, aromas and flavors.
  5. Cellar tasting: Next we'll do a tasting in the cellar, sampling selected wines and learning more about the estate's winemaking.
  6. Tasting lunch included: We'll enjoy a 3-course tasting menu, subject to change based on availability: * Cold cuts board with bread and aioli. * Hand-cut beef and vegetable empanadas. * Homemade flan with artisanal dulce de leche. Includes water flavored with seasonal fruit.
  7. Free time in Colonia: After the estate, there's free time to explore Colonia del Sacramento, walk its historic streets, visit its most iconic spots and enjoy the city's colonial charm.
