Choose the tour, date and number of travelers, and pay online by card. Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your voucher. You can also book via WhatsApp at +54 9 11 3871-2196.
What currency and payment methods do you accept?
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and online payment is made by card through Stripe, a secure payment platform. A 4.9% service fee is added when paying online.
What is the cancellation policy?
City tours and experiences in Buenos Aires: 100% refund up to 24 hours before. Campanópolis and Temaikèn: up to 48 hours before. Tango dinner show: until 1:00 pm on the day of the show. Uruguay excursions: issued tickets are non-refundable. If VIARG cancels a service, you can choose a full refund, rescheduling or a credit.
How long does a refund take?
Between 5 and 10 business days after the cancellation is approved, to the same payment method you used.
What do I need for the Uruguay excursions?
A valid ID (passport or national ID card) matching the one used to issue the ticket. Some nationalities need a visa (for example the Dominican Republic, Cuba and Saint Lucia), and minors traveling with separated parents need a permit. The ferry leaves on time: arrive 1 h 20 min before departure.
